Meal Prep Checklist
Create a kitchen prep checklist that saves weekday time. Create a printable result, copy it, or print only the checklist card without the full page.
How to use this checklist well
A checklist works when it removes thinking at the moment you are busy. The goal is not to create a perfect document. The goal is to create a visible sequence that tells you what to do next. Use this meal prep checklist when the task is repeated, easy to forget, or spread across several small steps.
Write the must-do items first, then add the optional items. Do not fill the page with vague phrases such as “be productive” or “organize everything.” Use visible actions: call, pack, clean, review, confirm, renew, print, schedule, pay, label, or move.
